Honestly I have 0 complaints. I came here with my gf during quite season so got to enjoy a quite peaceful stay and had a lot of freedom around the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and polite. The food options were quite good on most days and the drinks at the bar from our all inclusive were excellent, we got as many drinks as we wanted whenever and bar staff did not complain one bit or seem bothered as well as the quality of the drinks did not drop. There was a lovely young lady bar tender who’s name I unfortunately forgot, who served us during our stay for most days. Really wanted to thank her , she might remember the young couple she served during this week(young black boy and mixraced girl) and also a nice bar tender, white male who was also very nice and helpful who even recommended a location of a festival near the town hall which was lovely. The room was very nice too , spacious nice bathroom, bed was very comfortable and also liked the mini fridge in the room which was handy as well as the balcony. I honestly have no bad words to say, enjoyed a great stay from beginning to end 🙏
