"First of all the view is gorgeous! The owners and staff were welcoming, informative, gracious, and just great people! The place was clean, comfortable, quiet. Rooms were same with comfortable bed, bath, and view that you just could not get enough of! The breakfasts were gourmet and filling. Snacks and drinks available 24 hours. Living room and dining room made you feel at home and provided lots of reading material. They also have movies. We just loved it and will be back!"

"Outside is very nice but the room was too old and everything in it was cheap. There is no room service.Bed had a weird noisy metal base. Kitchen had no counter space, no even for a small plate. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"Quick and easy check-in. Person at the front desk was welcoming and easy going. The king room was spacious and exactly what we needed. First impressions...this place is SPOTLESS! Smelled fresh and clean. The property had beautiful views. I will definitely be back. This was a great value hotel stay!! "

"Staff was not friendly specially at the front desk and the breakfast. They were just trowing the used dishes and silverware doing a LOT of noise, had several eldery people around upset with it and they just didn't care. Room was ok, Gym was ok and clean. Not worth the luxury-hotel price they charge. You pay the location and view only."

"amazing stay! Love the owners so much, and gorgeous views at a reasonable price and great location. Staff were INCREDIBLE, and kept my room immaculate. Also very understanding with my trip changes; would definitely come back! Lovely cafe/ sensational art shop across the street (Oak Creek Espresso/Village Art ) and a POSITIVELY CHARMING hummingbird gallery :) also be sure to check out PJs trivia (walking distance) on Thursday's :)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this huge house in VOC. Great location which was convenient to a lot of stores, grocery and only 15 mins to Sedona. Beds were comfortable; Netflix was appreciated and if we beeded anything, Yvette was quick to respond. Many thanks 😊 "

"I have stayed here a couple of times lately. It is easy to get to and has quite a few places around for coffee and eating. It is close to Bell Rock and the trails that I love to hike. The hotel itself is comfortable and affordable. There is no breakfast, but there are plenty of places nearby. The staff has been very pleasant and helpful. The place is nothing fancy, but it is worth rhe money."

"WE WILL DEFINETLY RETURN WITH THE KIDS, THE SUITE WAS PERFECT FOR THE KIDS, WOULD LOVE PLATES AND UTIENTILS, MAYBE MICROWAVE POPCORN FOR PURCHASE. LOVED THIS HOTEL, STARBUCKS OUTDOOR AREAS AND THE KIDS POOL! WOULD LOVE THE CAFE TO HAVE MORE HOURS."

"Great location that is walkable from the door to some beautiful trails. The accommodation is nice but some minor issues with broken door handle, the shower water not going far enough away from the wall, old/unloved outdoor furniture and nowhere to put your bags. "

"O sistema de jacuzzi não estava funcionando e me disseram que seria feito um refund de 20 dólares ( 10 dólares por dia ) pelo “desconforto “ da quebra da jacuzzi. Até agora não vi nada apontado em meu cartão de crédito . "
