A beautiful vacation spot that sits on 4 acres of Sabinal River frontage with lots of wildlife for viewing. It's about a 15 minute drive to Garner State Park and also Lost Maples State Park.

It is a beautiful vacation spot that sits on 4 acres of Sabinal River frontage property along with the neighboring cabin Old Glory. The cabins can be rented separately or together to accommodate larger parties.

Relax, read a book and enjoy the view of the river from the covered back porch. Wake up early and watch a variety of native birds and wildlife on the property. At night enjoy roasting marshmallows and star gazing around the campfire ring. Swim and play in more than 400 feet of the crystal-clear water flowing from 2 – 6 feet deep. You will lose yourself in the quiet solitude and tranquility of the giant cypress trees and the rippling river. As you relax and enjoy the view of the Texas Hill Country, you will find enchantment with each visit.

In Utopia, a half mile away, you will find restaurants, a grocery store, a convenience store with takeout pizza, laundromat and car wash. There are several more country stores for your shopping pleasure. Golfers can enjoy a beautiful Utopia golf course and club house. Other area attractions include Garner State Park 15 miles and Lost Maples State Park 10 miles from the cabin.
