A cosy holiday resort on a quiet street of a seaside resort, close to the beach. Within a few steps there are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Comfortable, two-story holiday homes. Each with 2 terraces (one of the terraces has a small lawn, a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment). On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, TV and a table. The living room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms. Electric heating. Wireless internet is available. A washing machine is available for guests of the resort (for an additional fee). There is parking. A playground is prepared for children. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, water consumption, internet, parking. Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located approx. 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is located right next to a wide, sandy beach. Golden sand and a gentle descent to the sea encourage holidaymakers to sunbathe and swim in the sea. In the neighbouring Ustronie Morskie there is also a 100-metre long walking pier. Sianożęty is a quiet summer resort where you can count on real relaxation. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through here. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of both the beaches, the clean sea and the charming peat bogs. By bike, you can easily and pleasantly get from here to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
