"WE had an excellent stay with our two young grandchildren. It was perfectly located as we had visited Chatham historic dockyard and spending the next day at Tenterden heritage railway. "Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"The hobbit’ house was just as described, tastefully decorated inside, very comfortable. The outside included a secluded private garden area with outdoor furniture, we loved this and the log fired hot tub. Location is rural so super quiet and loved waking up to the sound of the birds.
