"Do not book with this host, he does not keep the house at a safe standard: We were shocked to see on our last day, that there is a missing outside A/C 30 amp 120/240 volt fuse disconnect cover missing exposing live wires, exposed to the elements, which could have caused a fire. 2 broken & exposed outlets in bedrooms (thank goodness we didn't have children.) Smoke detector taped with blue tape. Balcony is rickety, & the sliding door to balcony on second floor did not lock. Also: No Kitchen...

The host was also very thoughtful with waters in the refrigerator, coffee, and chocolates for the kids! The location was very convenient and ample space in the house. "Place was clean, got to the property and there was 2 men working so already felt uncomfortable spoke to the host about it she said she didn’t know they left 3 hrs later and left a mess so I didn’t want to go use the back yard , garbage disposal was not working every time I did dishes I had to use a plunger, host lied and said the person that lived in the back was on business wanted to sleep in couldn’t lady in the back works us all up.
