"We booked a suite, and when we checked in, we were not told that it was out of service. No notice was given until we checked in. The manager left for the evening that
night and he didn’t bother to come back and solve the problem. He made two receptionist try to take care of it and they were clueless.
They said they would refund the room for us because we were not able to get the room that we reserved but then they backed out and did not give us a refund
Expedia was not helpful either. They...
