"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay, but there were several issues. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The only complaint about the room setup was that the TV was definitely too small for the size of the space. We brought our own toiletries, so it didn’t affect us much, but the hotel only provided shampoo and facial soap — no hand soap, body soap, or conditioner. The outside conditions were a major concern. "This was the cutest and cleanest place I have ever stayed at! We stayed here on our drive to Manitoba from Toronto when we had to stop because of a snow storm and it was amazing! The room was so clean, impeccably maintained, and the owners were so helpful!"

"Staff was friendly. Hotel was very dirty. 2 other families cancelled their reservation as their rooms were filthy. The one bed looked like someone had vomited on it or bled all up the mattress. When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer...
