"I will start with what we didn’t like, but it did not matter. The outside is not attractive. The kitchen and family area are quite small, which made it a little tight when we were all together at the house. The house is extremely clean and furniture was in good condition. There was ample hot water for a nice shower. Everyone was comfortable with the beds. There was a good parking area. The location is great for Penn State activities, shopping, and restaurants. Overall it is a good place to stay...

"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."
