"It was nice and clean."

"The room was fine, although it had a bit of a smell. The beds were very comfortable. My biggest issue was noise. We were in town for a Lax tournament and the room above ours had unsupervised children that were banging, jumping, and screaming for hours. We endured it for roughly 2 hours before we called the front desk the first time. They said they would talk to them. No behavior changed. My husband then went down 45-60 minutes later to speak to the front desk, they offered us points, but...

"The room itself was ok but there isn’t much in the room, quite literally a fridge, tv, bathroom, bed and chair. Pretty simple and was ok but apart from the actual room it could help some better smell and cleaning."

"Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."

"This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. There were rats in by room coming from the bathroom. We stayed all of 5 hours before realizing the severity of the problem. The staff was helpful in immediately issuing a refund and a full refund to Expedia- which we received in 3 days. Some advice - just shut it down!
