"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. I booked this hotel for the pool access and the pool was not even open. Not satisfied. Felt i paid too much for what...

Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. Following a call from the front desk to report to the front desk after check-in, the issue was resolved. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."

"Would not recommend this hotel. Entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was sparse and dingy. No shampoo or body wash in shower. No hairdryer. No utensils in kitchen to cook with of any kind. Overall not a good experience. Glad we only booked for one night."
