"Television is so small and must change due to old style/conditions. Hardly seen what you’re watching. Good thing they changed our comforter the following day, when we came it was really on a poor condition, more so of pillows, I thought there were no pillow cases. Restaurant’s food was excellent!"

"Hotel stay is average. No bottled water which I much prefer than going out of the room to get water. The room needs a fresh coat of paint as it looks gloomy. "

"The room can be better arranged. Very basic. Also, the bathroom was poor and the heater didn’t work at all. The TV remote didn’t work and the staff didn’t make efforts to change it. Front desk "

"Close to MIECC,easy to travel"

"Door chain missing Floor sticky Small working table Basic renovation Amenities need to purchase separately Breakfast is only bread with coffee/tea, not even serving nasi lemak, somemore guest need to wash their own plates and cup after breakfast For pricing RM140+/night, will not come back again even though nearby hotels are fully booked"

"Good location , good service"

"This was my first time staying here. It is a simple, quiet and cozy hotel located in the outskirts of the city, perfect for a short getaway. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof; once a guest next door watched the TV on a high volume and I could hear it from my room, albeit not so clearly. Overall it is much better than the other hotels of the same level...

"O hotel é maravilhoso, café da manhã com buffet farto, o spa acabou de abrir e já é muito acolhedor. Quartos perfeitos, limpos e novinhos. Único porém é o hall dos elevadores no andar do restaurante, que parece não ser limpo com frequência. Destoa completamente do restante do hotel, e passa uma sensação ruim aos hóspedes."

"Lovely stay, easy check in close to everything. Good pool and gym and everyone was friendly."
