"The purpose of my visit was business, and this was my second stay, at this location, this year. My first stay was prior to renovations.
Before I get into what I did not like, I should mention the good experiences I had. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient for the airport.
For the not so good, I was disappointed to see the newly renovated rooms.
- The air conditioning was terrible. It seemed to maybe work for...

"I visit Malaysia every year for the past 15 years MotoGP and have stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya two or three times previously. Unfortunately, repeat business and customer loyalty mean nothing here.
Due to an urgent, last-minute emergency back home in Australia, I had to take the first flight out at the end of the day and could not stay. When I contacted Expedia and the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation or refund, an infuriating blame game began.

"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...

Hotel perfeito para pessoas ligadas a tecnologias. Tudo moderno.
