This elegant 2023 build is a modern beauty with its vaulted ceilings and large, picturesque windows. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen exudes splendor with LG smart appliances, a large island, a dining table, and a sitting area. Perfect for entertaining. Nespresso caffe, Smith tea, or freshly ground coffee beans are available for your morning drinks at the coffee bar.

Ample seating in the living room area is available for your cinematic experience on the Smart TV equipped with Apple TV4K. High-speed internet for online gaming (X-box included), streaming, remote work, and Zoom calls are all provided. When you aren't streaming, enjoy the chess table with backgammon, board games, and puzzles.

The dramatic, modern staircase leads to a sitting room, an upper viewing deck, and three beautifully designed bedrooms for maximum relaxation. Each has its own ensuite bathroom. The primary ensuite has a luxurious spa-like feel with its own private deck.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Smart LG laundry appliances are located upstairs for convenience with laundering supplies provided.
Amenities and furnishings are subject to change without notice.

Inflatable mattresses are stowed away for extra guests.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Bookings of 28 nights or longer are not permitted.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: 2 surveillance cameras onsite - one at the front door facing outwards and one at the back of the house facing outwards. Both cameras will be disabled when guests are staying.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
