The Bayou Bungalow – Reelfoot Lake Vacation Rental

Located right on the water’s edge, The Bayou Bungalow is a cozy, family-style lodge designed for those who want the comforts of home with the charm of a private hideaway. Situated on the banks of Bayou De Chien, a natural bayou leading to the northeast side of the Upper Blue Basin, this smoke-free lodge now also offers fast, free wireless internet for your convenience.

Fully Equipped for Your Stay

No need to bring ice – the bungalow has an ice maker and a freezer stocked with bagged ice. Please reuse and refill the bags as needed.

After launching your boat at the nearby ramp, you can dock right at the bungalow and head straight out onto the lake.

You’ll have direct access to Reelfoot Lake where you can fish for crappie, bream, catfish, and largemouth bass—all just steps from your door. The lodge’s location next to a national wildlife refuge means you’ll enjoy frequent sightings of birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
