"Great stay. Property was very well taken care of and very clean. Staff very friendly. Great free breakfast if you wanted to dine in. Looking forward to staying again very soon. Helen is a wonderful Bavarian town to explore and this hotel makes it so convenient to walk to everything it offers. "

"My wife and I booked a room at Valhalla Resort for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived shortly after check-in time, 4:15 p.m. We were immediately greeted by a gentleman who helped us with our luggage. When we walked inside to register, I was taken by the beautiful interior of the lobby area and the restaurant which is visible when you enter. We were offered a complimentary glass of champagne then we went to our room on the 2nd floor which was also was beautifully...
"Hotel bem localizado, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, serviço de quarto ruim, após a camareira sair notamos que apenas a cama foi arrumada e as toalhas trocadas, o piso não foi varrido. Logo na primeira noite notamos um grande inconveniente: percevejos. Matei 2 de início e algumas horas depois matei mais dois. Passamos a noite vigilantes com receio de sermos picados ao dormir. "

Rebecca takes care of you from the moment you walk in.
We visited for our anniversary and just happened to be the only visitors on the first night. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. First, she gave us a choice of rooms because of a VIP status we had but took us to almost every room and explained each one. She also had made us desserts and gave us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate!

"Too bad we didn´t manage to use our reservation. Our kid tested positive to Covid on the morning before the check in day, so in respect to others we did not go and lost the whole reservation. We contacted the hotel and they said that nothing that they could do about it.. Too bad.."
