"The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, and a guest's child was running up and down the hallways until 1am on our first night. The housekeeping never made our bed or vacuumed the room on any of the days we were out."

"Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... "

"The staff is excellent for what they are dealing with. The property is not well maintained. The linens and towels was good, floors was clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was cold cereal or oatmeal some packaged foods such as muffins and honeybuns but did not have anything adequately stocked. Most items was long gone with remnants empty packages remaining. Coffee was great so it wasn't a total loss.
Regarding the property itself...The walls had poorly patched sheetrock like...
