"Room was not tidy for 3 people. There was a sofa bed that we opened up and put a sheet on, and thankfully we had a blanket in the car... we had to ask for a towel too. Very good breakfast, good shower, very nice pool. Attentive staff. Proper cleaning."

"Front Reception was excellent!
From that point on everything went down hill.
A very run down room with a dirty window looking over the car park. Threadbare carpet and frayed edges of the mattress hanging down. Dated decor and a less than pristine bathroom with a disgusting non slip mat! Really!
Loud music played in the breakfast room.

"It is a lovely property on a great location. It works like a well oiled machine until you ask for something out of the ordinary.
Porridge made with normal milk was too challenging I felt.
Yes they would be showing the England match - so we cancelled our booking elsewhere. Then they didn’t show it."
