"The tiny home was in a newer clean, modern RV park. All of the accommodations were close to the river. It was perfect for one, but could easily accommodate two.Very efficiently laid out - queen-sized bed, lots of shelves, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker & kettle. I’m six-feet tall and never felt claustrophobic ! I was looking for the coffee truck, but it wasn’t open. Found the Hub with coffee, pool tables, comfortable seating, and riverfront patio. "This is a secluded place with beautiful views. Wildlife on the property and the fact they have a refuge for horses right behind it is so sweet. The hosts were kind and we really enjoyed our stay."

"We were in town for the Telluride Jazz Festival. Great location, spotless rooms, comfy bed, better than average hotel breakfast. Best part was it was only a 10-15 minute walk from our room to the Town Park stage. Parked the car when got in and it didn’t move until we left. Will definitely stay here again."

"This is a gem in a beautiful country setting. The attention to detail is unrivaled. Stocked kitchen with what you need for cooking, stocked Keurig, plush towels, super clean, beautiful decor, and with real plants. I've stayed at several places in the Grand Junction area and this tops them all! I will definitely stay here again."

"The location was perfect! Very easy walk to the gondola and beautiful views from the patio. Parking wasn’t very difficult. The steam shower was wonderful. The kitchen is small but useable, perfect for a short weekend or if you don’t plan on cooking much. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our trip to Telluride! This property is in an ideal location and the two ski passes were a huge perk! Ski lockers are conveniently located which made going in and out to ski so easy. The unit is a bit outdated and needs new couches but those details are easy to overlook with the amazing location and amount of beds. We would stay here again. "

"The condo is in a great location and was outfitted with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the umbrellas and reusable shopping bags. Would absolutely stay again."

"Rick was very responsive to questions about the property and area. The cabin was very clean, organized, and perfect seclusion for a getaway! Everything was in good working function and we have no complaints!"

"A stunning home and location. So close to town and nature trails - very walkable. Stay was with our family of five, hiking, walking into town for dinner, playing games, a bit of 4wd trails, sitting outside on the porches or in the hot tub looking up at the mountains towering above us. A great place to get away from the summer heat at home. Will come again!"

"This unit was the perfect size for my husband and me. We cooked meals there and had everything we needed. Very clean, great communication with the owner, nice part of town by the river on the west end. Exterior was not super fancy, but you pay a lot to get that in Telluride. Very good value."

"Wonderful Telluride option. The use of space is so thoughtful. My children loved the bunk beds- they said it was the highlight of the trip. The host is also great. She was very responsive and even adjusted our trip dates when we had a big summer change. She also gave us fabulous suggestions for child friendly hikes and activities- I think we did everything on her list and all were really great. "

"The property was beautiful and clean and very family & pet friendly. There was plenty of places to go around the property (Wineries, orchards, shops).Host was very friendly and informative. I would definitely return if I make it back out that way!"

"If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area."

"great location and great host. Will stay again, he accommodated my dogs, and there is a large area for pets to run around right out the front door, as well as the river trail"

"The place was absolutely beautiful, and we had so fun playing volleyball in the pool for hours. There was no shortage of showers, supplies, sleeping quarters, etc. An amazing property suitable for all ages. "

"If you’re looking for a go to spot during the skiing season or even drift a nice relaxing spot in Telluride this is the place for you."

"Apesar de ser um hotel considerado 5 estrelas, tivemos alguns problemas. Primeiramente a água quente deixou de funcionar por 2 dias, o que é péssimo em uma estação de esqui. Além disso, o serviço de quarto deixou muito a desejar, com a cama desarrumada por mais de uma vez. Não vale o que cobra..."
