Monte House Umbria with Pool and Garden

This charming accommodation between Umbria and Tuscany has a beautiful swimming pool (open from March to October) that is shared with other guests. It is an excellent choice for holidays with family or friends.

The Monte house with a large fireplace extends over 3 floors with unique and characteristic wooden stairs. It is cosy and intimate while being part of an ancient Umbrian Borgo from the 1500s with a total of 6 houses.

Although it is possible to cook an excellent breakfast on your own, with a nice morning walk in the surrounding area you can choose to try out small bars in nearby Umbertide, where you will find nice shops and cosy restaurants where you can dine in the evening on typical Umbrian cuisine, enjoying an excellent truffle.

The accommodation has a washing machine and tumble dryer in a common room and a lovely garden to relax in. Parking is available on site and you can fire up the barbecue in a dedicated communal corner for a pleasant evening of grilled specialties. In addition, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen in the house is at your disposal.



A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
