"We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. "Where do I start? I guess first, the location, at the very north of Skye. Peaceful, serene, evenings with nary a sound but the sheep bleating in the distance. Second, the lovely Lorraine, who left us a hand written note on our arrival and baked us shortbread cookies to start our full day on Skye (during which my daughter became engaged at Neist Point). Third, the lovely remodeled Croft house, perfectly appointed and perfect for our every need. A truly exceptional experience for us in every way....

"Views of sheep from conservatory in back (where we spent most of our time) and glorious water views from dining table out front which are not shown in listing but should be! Very comfy well equipped older cottage. Keith was great to chat with. The 4 mile one track road in was slow due to the traffic to the Talisker Distillery but that is no fault of the cottage. Just a fact on Skye!"

"We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. "

"We loved staying at Hughes Hideaway. Our favorite part was that there were little lambs/ sheep in the pasture next to the house for part of our stay. It also had really nice Mountain View’s as well as a little peekaboo sea view. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It was away from the busyness, it was just a really charming spot to stay. We would definitely come back again."

"Eileen Isay was the perfect central location for us to explore Isle of Skye. Dunvegan Castle, Fairy Pools, prehistoric Brochs, hiking in the Cuillins and our favourite hike The Quiraing. Absolutely jaw dropping scenery and magic weather all week. The cottage was ideal for us, cosy, warm, very comfy bed and everything we needed. Every evening we sat by the bay window and watched the amazing sunsets, all of which made our Golden Anniversary a very memorable one. Thankyou Marion!"

"The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was amazing with easy walking to village center. Great local craft show on Tuesdays, the Glendale Village Shop had wonderful local foods, and we could watch seals and otters along the coast of The Little Minch. Easy drives to many great sites on the isle. Great place to stay!"

"Quaint cottage directly on the Loch Bay. Clean and comfortable. Garden with seating and table. Stone beach with water access. Found many pieces of colorful pottery and glassware! There are two restaurants, one is Loch Bay which is Michelin awarded. Weeks wait to get a reservation. The other is Stein. Reservations suggested. No other food, so stop at a Co-O prior to arriving!"

"What a property! From the moment we pulled in, we were in awe of the scenic beauty, tasteful decor, well-designed floor plan, and unbelievable attention to detail the hosts provided. Being in a more remote location with young children, we cooked every meal in the house and found the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. "A lovely little cottage on Uig Bay owned by the hoteliers of the Uig Hotel. A wonderful breakfast was included at the hotel a 10-15 minute walk away. Our room had an ensuite and a beautiful view of the bay. Parking was easily accessible. Information on dining, historic places, hikes, pubs, etc. was readily available from the hotel staff. Service & staff were exceptional. If there was ever a place to get lost & press the reset button, the Isle of Skye was it for us! Enchanting."

HORRÍVEL! Péssimo atendimento! Fujam desse lugar!!
"Uma das piores experiências que já tivemos na vida. De longe o pior serviço hoteleiro que já recebemos. Parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor. O check in começava ás 16:00, chegamos às 15:00 e não nos deixaram entrar. Pois bem, decidimos conhecer a cidade e os arredores da ilha de Skye. Passamos o dia fora, e retornamos 23:00 já que vimos que a recepção era a qualquer momento, 24 horas por dia.Nos informaram que nossa cabana era a de número 4 e ficava bem longe da sede.Notamos que tinham carrinhos de golf na recepção e simplesmente nos negaram o uso. Ou seja, teríamos que subir uma montanha, extremamente íngrime à pé, carregando as malas, pois o chão era de brita, não dava pra puxar. Não nos ajudaram em absolutamente nada, não nos informaram que o carrinho não poderia ser usado à noite, não nos deram qualquer suporte na nossa estadia.Subimos a montanha carregando nossos pertences nas costas, tendo que parar alguns minutos pra conseguir chegar. Em nenhum momento avisaram do horário do funcionamento do carrinho, nem que a cabana era tão longe e de difícil acesso. Com certeza teríamos chegado antes para não precisar carregar malas pesadas nas costas. Nota 0 para a organização, suporte e atendimento ao público aqui. Funcionários despreparados e empreendimento com aspecto de amador. Marcaram nosso café 09:30, chegamos 09:40 pela distância e nos deram sobras pra comer. “Vcs podem comer o que sobrou”, foi o que nos disseram. Além de talheres sujos! Nunca mais ! Nos sentindo lesados!"
