Situated overlooking the harbour of Ucluelet, this suite offers a comfortable stay with stunning views of the waterfront.

This self contained suite is located in the heart of Ucluelet, just walking distance to the harbour, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and the world famous Wild Pacific Trail.
Just a short drive away, you can access the Pacific Rim National Park, which holds some of the most beautiful beaches and hiking trails that the West Coast has to offer.

LAYOUT
The suite is equipped with a comfortable living area, dining area, and full kitchenette (including utensils and kitchenware for cooking, a toaster oven, and bar-size fridge, and hot plates), and a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer provided). There's also a BBQ that guests are welcome to use.

It has a neighboring 1 bedroom unit and both (Coastal Suite & Sea Breeze) can be rented if there is a larger party. Pets are allowed in Coastal Suite and considered on a case by case basis in Sea Breeze if Coastal Suite is booked; reach out to see if available.

The suite itself is perfect for two people, but can comfortably accommodate up to four people. With a fully contained kitchenette, enjoy the freedom of cooking your own meals, or take advantage of the local cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store just a close and convenient walk away.

If more than two guests are staying, an additional queen sized pull-out bed can be made up in the living room (bedding included). An additional fee of $20 per guest per night is added, for all parties over two people. The bathroom is an ensuite bathroom from the bedroom suite.

KITCHENETTE
Enjoy fresh locally roasted coffee beans from Foggy Bean while you take in the beautiful morning view of the harbour! There is a drip coffee machine.

LIVING ROOM
When you feel like having some downtime, kick back on the couch and enjoy some Netflix, Disney +, Crave and Pik TV (TELUS Optik TV for Apple TV).

LOCATION
Sea Breeze is located on a quiet street in the heart of Ucluelet. This suite is centrally located, within walking distance to all stores and restaurants. Not to mention, a quick and beautiful walk to the Wild Pacific Trail! The suite is a ground level suite in a harbour front home, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and harbour.

Enjoy watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour, the sound of sea lions, and the occasional orca whale (if you're lucky!).

Our suite is in a walking-friendly location to explore the town of Ucluelet, as well as walk to the Wild Pacific Trails. However, having a vehicle to explore the Ucluelet and Tofino area is something we recommend. This will allow you to explore all of the beautiful beaches and hikes, as well as both of the towns.


TRANSPORTATION
To get to Tofino from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it's a scenic drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) to 5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown.

There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it's one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).

The unit is clearly marked with a #2 to the side of the door. The backyard is off limits and for the long term resident that lives above as per Provincial regulation.

EXTRA GUESTS
Pull-out couch equipped with queen size bed with bedding provided located in the couch. An additional fee of $20 per guest per night is added, for all parties over two people.

BATHROOM
is accessible through the main master bedroom. Shampoo and conditioner is available and there are towels for your stay.

LAUNDRY
Not available onsite though the town has a laundromat. Proudly using Canadian made Nellies Laundry Soap which is unscented and ocean safe, perfect for those with sensitive skin! We do not use dryer sheets as well for environmental and body safe reasons.

Is after 4pm and check out is at 10am.

BOOKING POLICIES:
- Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 plus tax non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus 16% tax (GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax)

- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.

- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.

- 3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season

- Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
- Quiet after 10pm
