"Love the place just to road to get there is bumpy"
"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "
"A lot of stairs to the rooms. No A/C, no screens on the doors so you have to close the doors and gets a little hot. Beautiful scenery of the lake from the rooms. Birds singing in the morning. Cafeteria is facing the lake. Beautiful "
"No geral a estadia foi boa. No hotel tem um restaurante (mto bom), porém no primeiro dia houve uma certa resistência em aceitar o pagamento com cartão de crédito, problema solucionado no outro dia conversando com outra funcionária.

Santa Cruz la Laguna é um pueblo mais isolado, não tem mta opção de cafes e restaurantes, mas como gosto de um sossego achei ótimo. Na pousada tem tudo, fornecem até água, mas caso precise de algo...

"Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition.
We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious.

"Check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was nice, although a little bit dated, but overall it was clean and had good amenities, like a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and dining, and although about 800 meters from the launches (to visit our towns along the lake), it was a level walk"
