"The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!"

"This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. "

"Room was small, but cheap and adequate. I used the bench outside my room to ponder, plan, read, surf and enjoy the flora. The grounds are a great garden. The staff, Cecilia and Joaquin, are wonderful. There is a bar/restaurant across the path, El Barrio, I highly recommend."

Most of it is available at small street side stores five minutes from the house. Tuc tucs are readily available to travel into town or to local restaurants. "Hotel bonito e aconchegante. Nosso quarto ficava elevado com uma varanda que tinha uma das melhores vistas do lago. O único problema é que o Hotel fica numa encosta de montanha, logo, possui muitas escadas. Não recomendado para pessoas idosas ou com restrição de movimentação. Pros demais, é o preço de estar ajustado à natureza e de ter essa bela vista. "
