"A perfect spot to get away from the busy Melbourne everyday grind. Friendly, loveable doggies greeted us for a play after we were welcomed by geese and chooks. The modern cottage was so very peaceful, clean, comfortable and the walk down to the river was lovely! Gorgeous location to use as a base with mod cons to come home to. "My family stayed at Jacomb's Cottage (me, my husband, two teenage daughters and my parents-in-law from overseas). It is such a cute, comfortable and historical cottage! We had a lovely time. The cottage is a short walking distance to almost everything in town. We loved all the history in Walhalla, the walks in the hillside nearby, the gold mine and we even did a ghost tour!
