Guests & Visitors

* Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
* No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
* No unapproved visitors at any time.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Noise & Neighborhood Respect

* This is a quiet neighborhood — please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
* Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* Excessive noise at any hour is not permitted.

Pets

* No pets allowed excluding licensed service animals.
* Any unauthorized pets will be charged a non-negotiable fee of $250 per pet per stay.

Smoking

* Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the house. Our toddler comes with us to clean and she's extremely sensitive to air pollutants.
* Do not discard cigarette butts on the property.
* Smoking-related odors or residue will result in heavy additional cleaning fees.

Cleanliness

* Please clean up after yourself during your stay. Guest cleaning supplies are available.
* Wash used dishes and take out trash as needed. Bins are located on the side of the garage.
* Leave the home in generally tidy condition at checkout.
* Excessive mess, spills, or stains may result in additional cleaning charges.
* Please use the provided turrets and do not put anything hot directly on the countertops. Damage will incur fees.

Care of the Home

* Treat the home and furnishings with care.
* Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the property.
* Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them.
* Do not close bedding in sofa bed, it will damage the frame.

Safety

* Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment.
* Candles, open flames, and fireworks are not allowed.
* Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
* Ring doorbell cameras are located at the front door and side garage door.

Parking

* Parking is available in front of the garage or on the street.
* Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring access points.

Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-in: 3:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Late check-out without approval may incur additional fees.

Security

* Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety and noise monitoring purposes only.
* There are no security cameras inside the home.

Rule Enforcement

Failure to follow these house rules may result in:

* Additional fees
* Immediate termination of the stay
* Involvement of VRBO or local authorities if necessary
