I arrived shortly after check in time with my friend. He stepped up to the desk first to get checked in. While checking in he asked if it would be possible for us to have rooms close together. This seemed to annoy the the clerk because she then turned what I can only describe as rude. I got the same attitude. This was our only interaction with this employee and we were the only ones in the lobby at the time. We were had reservations for three nights. The next day we left around 930 am and upon return around midnight we couldnt get into our rooms because the keys would not work. We had to go back to the front desk and get our keys fixed. The same thing happened the next day. We had other friends also staying at this location and they had the same issue. My travel partner also had issues with his microwave. I believe we will be staying elsewhere the next time we visit Twin Falls as the same thing happened the last time he stayed at this hotel.
