"Thank you for opening up your cottage for our 10 day stay! It was more than we expected! The owners thought of everything... we were able to cook a few nights on the grill and the location was close to the lakes, but far enough for quiet "in the woods" nights! Super clean and the welcome basket was very thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for couples or families! A besutiful property! Thanks again for your hospitality! "

"The cabin was perfect and the property is absolutely beautiful. We had such a relaxing visit—it was the perfect getaway. It was incredibly convenient to hop in the Can-Am and head straight to the Little Manistee. Our hosts were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. "Our host Margaret was awesome, showed up to greet us upon check in. The cottage had plenty of room for sleeping, several spaces outdoors to enjoy. The lake is beautiful, sandy & clean. We loved listening to the loons. We tubed, waterskied, surfed & fished. We also went to a few restaurants by boat that we were able to have dinner & watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!!!"

"The house was great, perfect for adults plus kids. We appreciated the little touches, like lots of games for the kids, a sandy beach area, and water toys. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and a small issue with the hot tub was taken care of right away.Lake City itself doesn't have a lot to offer except for the ice cream shop. And the part of the lake the house is on is very shallow and full of weeds. But the house itself was great."

"The check in was simple and easy. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy the home and the beautiful Idlewild Lake. Great host, I would definitely stay hear again."

"Check-in was a very smooth process, and John gave perfect directions in how to do so. WiFi access was functional, and probably the best there can be in the area, currently. Our cell signal functioned at about the same level. We were able to watch things on the tv and have a few devices set up on the WiFi, no issues. We spent plenty of time relaxing, and it really was extremely relaxing. The WiFi probably encouraged a bit more of the relaxing than we would normally get with, say, high fiber. Not...
