"It was close to the lake and The Wild Center. Clean, modern room. Bed was firm but comfortable. Didn't get any hair conditioner 😞. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but it looked very inviting."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy. We liked that it was close to everything in Saranac Lake. During a very busy season, we appreciated that we were not required the two night minimum that many hotels charge. The room was slightly outdated but the price was affordable and the amenities are good. We will definitely return!"

"I don’t know where to start.
The room had a very strong smell from the cleaning product , it was very dusty , not clean at all , my asthma started once I got in . The towels dirty, the shower leaked everywhere. I paid $285 for one night .
Just terrible, best thing they should shut down"

"Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip"

"Host is responsive. I had a problem with the door and she was able to guide me. I think the door needs to be fixed though. You have to slam it to lock it."

"I stayed for one night. Haven’t used any amenities other than our room. It was clean. The bed was excellent, including pillows. We entered and left the room without interacting with anyone using the code sent us in the email.
After we left, we received a bill for $10 for the property fee. Not sure what that is about.
Overall nice stay."
