Tulsa Vacation
I have always been very hesitant to rent with VRBO just fear of scams and the unknown. Layla answered so many questions before I booked and was always so helpful and kind… she answered a bunch after booking as well. The house and area was so quiet and peaceful. We have zero complaints and would certainly stay here again if we return to Tulsa.

Perfect In Every Way
I am the Producer of the musical "Nanyehi" at the Tulsa Hard Rock Casino and Resort on a recurring basis. Our two lead actresses stayed here for the last month. Both of them (one a Broadway actress, and one a leading actress from Washington, DC, both said this property was the best home they have ever experienced during their road tours throughout the US. They particularly loved the back porch area for it's quiet and serenity. They absolutely loved the neighborhood and how close it was to the Cherry Street bars and restaurants. They mentioned that the house was most comfortable, warm, and perfect for them. The Hard Rock is providing them with suites during show week...and both asked me to let them stay at this property instead of moving into a suite at the Hard Rock...totally unheard of in my business. For two nationally travelling professional actress's to ask this is unheard of. This says that this property is extremely well maintained and perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone. It is an exceptional home and in a great location near downtown Tulsa. Bottom line...this a GREAT house.

Great Place...
I have stayed in many VRBO locations, and this property is the epitome of why I utilize VRBO exclusively when I travel. From the ease of finding the perfect property and using the process to reserve, pay, and communicate with the owners is wonderful. As for this property, the owner was charming, easy to reach,, and was truly eager to help us. The home was even better than advertised, and the location was perfect...and amazingly close to downtown Tulsa, the arts district, the best restaurants and bars, plus the access to the interstate highway system. Everyone one of us who stayed at this property are not only satisfied with our stay, but will definitely stay here again when we are in the area! Great time, great stay, and great place...

Quiet comfortable older home
This was a clean quiet and comfortable older home with excellent freeway access. We were in town for a family wedding, so really only slept there. Air conditioning was nice to have. Since there were only 2 of us I closed off the other bedrooms and we stayed in the front part of the house with plenty of space.

Everything as described. Great place to safely stay with a family traveling during these times; small yard in back is fenced and okay for kids. Laundry a plus, and kitchen had pretty much everything you might need for a few says stay. Reasors grocery just around the corner.

The prpoerty was nice. I wish we had more time during our stay to sit around and enjoy it, but we were very busy. It is quiet at night and we all got a good nights rest in the beds.

Wonderful!
Great location. Close to downtown and all the fun shops and activities that can be enjoyed by walking. Wonderful host and easy to contact. They have a lovely property and are very friendly. I came to visit friends after living in Tulsa and surrounding areas for 15 years. Would love to stay here again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A complete blessing
This was an important trip for me and my family. We walked in to fresh flowers and I felt at home. I love staying at VRBO's as opposed to hotels, and this stay reminded me why.

The house was amazing. It was spacious and able to accommodate 3 adults, 2 bicycles, and all of our gear. The neighborhood was quiet. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown. We enjoyed our visit to Tulsa. Thank you Layla!

Cool little house, great spot
This was great for our short trip to Tulsa to see family. There were plenty of sleeping spaces, house had all sorts of neat features and some outdoor space in the back for kids to run around. House was incredibly clean and the host was very responsive. It was also easy to get to highway and near cherry street restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, meeting all our needs and budget, would definitely rent again
The house was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our needs and easily accommodated our family of 4. (2 adults and 2 under 2) Our daughter recently moved to the area and is living with relatives, so her hosting us wasn't an option. She and her family came and comfortably spent time there with us during the day, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children to hang out and visit. Much better than a hotel room at essentially the same cost. Layla, our host was welcoming and helpful without being overbearing or intruding on our time there. She provided contact info and followed up promptly when I messaged her. We anticipate more visits to Tulsa in the future, now that our daughter and her family are there and plan to book here again.

Comfortable home in great location
Beautiful updated home in a great location (6 minute drive to the fair grounds and to downtown). Neighborhood is quiet. Layla is a great hostess and helped answer any questions or concerns quickly! Beds are comfortable! Kitchen has all necessary items to cook a meal! If we ever get a chance to go back to Tulsa...would definitely want to stay at this home again!

Perfect Stay
House was adorable and very comfy. I had a reunion with my brothers that I hadn’t seen in 40 years and the back porch was perfect for us all to sit around and catch up and so much.

Tulsa horse show
This is an older home that has been refurbished in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a very enjoyable trip with only problem of tv tripped breaker during storm. It was fixed very next day so no worries. Everything was fine with nice comfortable beds. House is close to a lot of eating establishments and a grocery is just down the street. Would love to stay again

Quick Trip

Great little house for our weekend stay!
We just loved this house. Layla was very accommodating, the house was clean, the sheets smelled good and were soft. There were plenty of towels, it was close to tons of food places, and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed for cooking at home. The fridge even had different condiments in case we'd left anything behind! We will definitely visit again. There was road noise from the nearby freeway, but that wasn't a problem for us. It could only be heard from outside the house anyway!

Lovely little home
This home is a wonderful get away that is extremely convenient to downtown Tulsa. Perfect for a young couple, three guys, or a night out in town. Pros: Home is 1930's esque with a completely renovated inside. Kitchen has just enough room. Two main bedrooms are large and spacious, Living room can hold a light get together or a bros night in. Location is EVERYTHING. Cons: There's only a couple gripes that i have for this home that may make buyers beware. Those are the Third room and the bathroom. In the pictures you cannot tell, but that room with the crib and small bedroom has no instillation what-so-ever. I was staying in march when temps were still in the 60's and that room did not heat up one bit, even when the thermostat was cranked up to 70. If you have a baby or a small child DO NOT put them in this room as they will probably suffer of the cold weather during winter. As for the bathroom the door needs to be replaced as it does not close all the way; nothing says hello like someone coming in unexpectedly as you are in the shower... or doing other bathroom activities. Not for party's, more for families. Overall i'd give it a 4/5.

Very lovely stay
I from the time we walked in we felt right at home. Leila had a gift basket waiting with shampoo soap AMD toothbrushes in case. There were waters and some hand towels. The place was really clean and very accommodating. There was a full-size kitchen with a Keurig which we love. The only thing I would say would maybe to be to put some extra bath towels in the bathroom as guest might forget to bring theirs. The home was very inviting and very tidy. We had a great day and would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is centrally located to downtown. It is a beautiful home with a spacious backyard. Layla was so accommodating and helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again on our next Tulsa visit, and we hope you will too.

It was a blessing to be so close to the Hillcrest Medical Center
Layla, was so quick to respond on all counts, before booking questions, booking and all directions for the house. The house was perfect for our needs. Our Mom was in ICU in Tulsa, so we flew from the Seattle area at last minute, literally. We secured the house on Friday, flew out on Sat. and being so close to the hospital worked out so well for us. It was supposed to be just my husband and myself, but we had other family members drive in from out of state as well and Layla was so gracious to allow them to stay as well, so they didn't have to drive back and forth to Pryor, Ok. When we first got to the house we discovered a leak under the sink in the bathroom, so I called Layla and she set up an appt. for the plumber and everything worked out well. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable, which is very important to me, since I have had 7 back surgeries. The power reclining couch is amazingly comfortable! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, which we appreciated. If we have to go back to Tulsa for future medical issues with the folks, we'll be booking with Layla. Also, there is an adorable little black and white kitty next door, who is so friendly and a joy to watch him playing with the leaves that were blowing in the wind. He definitely lifted our spirits when we needed it. Having a loved one in ICU not knowing if they were going to recover or not, is very stressful, so Layla's home felt like home to us and we really needed that. We highly recommend staying at Layla's cute little home to anyone going to Tulsa, especially if you're needing to be close to the hospital. The price was very reasonable also. Cathy M.

Comfortable and Cozy
We had a great experience! Easy access and close to our family! Layla was accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early. Kitchen had many tools I needed to do a little baking for the holidays. We plan on staying here again!

Not good quality
On the table there was a list of rules for our stay with the following written in bold marker “Do not flush any toilet paper only waste. Use the waste basket for toilet paper”. There wasn’t even a covered waste basket. I was very upset and called owner who said they had problems with people clogging the toilet. I’ve stayed in other vrbo but would never recommend this one. Plus there was mildew in the shower. I have photos of rules and shower if you would like.

Hi Sally, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. You complained and contacted me about 4 times during your stay. You wanted an extra pillow and we went out and got one. You wanted extra washcloths and there were unused ones when you left. You never once mentioned anything about the mildew but had no problems demanding we refill your coffee pods. All 50 pods were used by you and your guests within 2 days of arrival. It is for a courtesy. On top of that, you left the door unlocked when you left the rental. Have you done this at other vrbos? There are rules for a reason. But I bent over backwards for all nonstop calling throughout your stay. I would also like to mention that each time we stopped by, your other family were more appreciative. I usually wouldn't leave a comment like this but each time you called, you were not only rude but absolutely nasty in your tone. Lecturing me on toilets as if I'm a child and you will not follow house rules. I explained why I had that rule. I hope that you are nicer to other owners when you rent in the future. You gave me 1 star but didn't mention how you had a person sleep on the couch which is not for sleeping. And probably more people than the house held. The absolute utter disrespect for my house was shown. Again, safe travels for you and your crew. Next time be more kind and lock the door when you leave, out of respect for someone who is renting their home out to you.

Very clean quiet and peaceful older home.
Close to the Expo Center. Quiet Street in a peaceful setting nice backyard absolutely loved the reclining couch. House was very clean an older home that has been remodeled reminded me of a house I lived in when growing up. We are older so the only thing that was a disadvantage to us was the steps into the house they were a challenge as there was not any type of railing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Nice spacious home
The home was clean and spacious, neighborhood seemed quiet, very easy to get around different parts of Tulsa from this location. Mostly fenced in backyard with a deck. Will book in the future.

A very nice place that is afforable
This is an older home that has a great deal of charm. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking needs. The owner left us a very nice gift basket at check in. I have only one negative comment and that is that the temp was pretty warm when we arrived. It would have been really nice on a hot day to arrive to a cool house. I would stay here again and the property is very close to the Gillette District which has awesome restaurants, shopping, and pubs.

Clean spacious house in quite neighborhood.
Very cozy stay! My favorite part was the giant couch. It reclines and is by far the most comfortable couch I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. Everything was clean, cozy, and accommodating. There was music playing and snacks for us when we arrived. The day we left I got to enjoy the coffee machine and a nice peaceful morning reading on the back porch. All four of us loved the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

House was really cute and great location!
My daughter and I loved staying there during the world horse show! It gave us some Privacy with the two bedrooms and allowed me To cook our meals instead of eating out all the time. Would highly recommend.
