Important message for guests organising events.

Family groups encouraged to book. If it is a group of young adults your booking may be cancelled if the requirements do not meet.

We have a strict NO Party OR Events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/bridal showers/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

Please Note: All bookings are subject to the owners pre-approval and we endeavour to notify you of the status of your booking within 24 hrs. If your group is not suitable for the property you may be asked to cancel your booking.
