Upkeep of the property is highly recommended, we arrived late and unfortunately ended up in a room with one side of the bed that was broken, also the air-conditioning was really loud. We also chose to oay for the extra parkinf at $20 a night, it is a very tight car park and there was not many spots to park, you could potentially mark the bays with a number and allocate them to a car based on size, we chose the second overflow car park the second night, not secure but wider and more accommodating spots.
The location from the car park into the accommodation is a bit of a maze.
The pool and spa was lovely, unfortunately the pool requires fixing as there are broken tiles at the bottom. The gym was potentially under construction.
The cost to saty was not in reason I do not think.
On a positive, staff were very accommodating and moved us into another room that had a good sturdy bed and all very polite.
I love the Oaks but felt a little ket down with this property.
