Welcome to your spacious, modern, and carefully furnished 1950's ranch-style home in central Tucson's Garden District. A lush garden with three patio spaces, a chiminea and Weber barbecue are designed so you can get the most of Tucson's sunshine in the winter months. Within 2 min drive of Trader Joe's, the Rillito River Park pathway system, and 10 minutes from the University of Arizona campus. Owners (Michael and Rosanna) are artists and plant lovers that celebrate the culture of the southwest.

This home houses the studio of professional landscape artist Rosanna Marmont and displays a significant collection of her Tucson inspired paintings.

At 1500SF, it has ample room to spread out and make use of the numerous garden patios, a living room and a reading room. Natural lighting and large windows throughout. Bedrooms are private and quiet for your respite.

**All bedsheets are good quality linen (no synthetics) with down comforters and pillows. Wifi and Hulu, Disney Plus and ESPN+ included.

A pond and fountain encourage an urban bird paradise, with the sound of birdsong and tumbling water filtering throughout the property. The three burner Weber grill tapped into the natural gas is a perfect amenity for hosting casual gatherings or dappling in some traditional Mexican style cuisine. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs, including good strong coffee.

Empty closets throughout allow guests to stay comfortably and make this home their own.

Desert oasis

We enjoyed living with Rosannaā€˜s artwork in this comfortable, well stocked home. Each morning we woke up to birds singing. Lounging in the shaded garden on the hammock and comfortable outdoor furniture was the best! This is the best place weā€™ve stayed in Tucson so far while visiting our daughter at the U of A.

Lovely home!!

We stay in this centrally located home every time we visit Tucson to see our relatives, and itā€™s always a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, and the house is truly special, with original art thoughtfully placed in every room. The backyard is a serene oasis, complete with a lush garden feel, a gas grill, seating in two distinct areas, and even a calming water garden.Rosanna, the host, has thought of everything. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Her attention to detail makes every stay effortless and enjoyable.

Cozy, comfortable and just Perfect!

My communication with Rosanna was great, she was responded after every email and was very detailed with everything we needed to know about the house. We anticipated arriving in Tucson and early and she was able to accommodate us with an earlier than normal check-in time. The house was so nice, clean, simple and so comfortable. We were all amazed at the artwork and both the front and backyards with the plants and all the seating areas. We could not have asked for a nicer, cozier home to spend the weekend. We are already set to come back next year to participate in the Tour de Tucson again and agreed this is the perfect house for us. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed and having the coffee and other essentials in the kitchen was an added bonus. If we could give it more stars, we definitely would give it a 10. We will be back and thank you again for being the perfect hosts.

Both the front and backyards were stunning with the plantings. We enjoyed having lunch outside everyday we were there. It was like staying at the Botanical Gardens. Inside was lovely: totally updated and decorated with artwork by the host. Can't recommend this house enough!!

I loved appreciating all the incredible art in this peaceful space. The layout of the home was very comfortable clean and functional. Backyard Haven in the City

This place was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! We loved getting sun in the backyard with birds, a fountain and some rabbit visitors. The side yard has a nice sitting area, as well. All of the plants and cacti, both indoors and out, are lovely. The artwork in the home is intriguingā€”I especially loved the paintings on wood. The location is central to many good places to eat, drink and shop. Therefore, it is one block away from a busy street with traffic sounds.

Perfect House for our Holiday Getaway

We spent the week between Christmas and New Year's at this wonderful home in Tucson. My husband did a lot of work in Tucson, but all our previous visits were staying at resorts (using hotel points). We were a party of 4 - parents, teenager, and one grandmother. The house was perfect for our casual adventuring and sightseeing. We were pretty central to downtown, hiking, and most importantly, "The Loop" for cycling. Favorite features of this home: - Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We often had leftovers from take-out and loved being able to spread out at the large dining table, too. - Lovely garden (front and back yard) - it felt like we were lounging in our own personal botanical garden. - The living room had a big lounging couch plus a second couch - rarely do rental homes have enough chairs or space for real lounging to watch TV and movies! - The owner's art around the house is really wonderful. Most rental houses we find have zero soul or have zero decoration - this was a special bonus. - We had so much fun watching movies at night using the projector, feeling like we had our own movie theater. It took us a bit to figure out the setup. Bonus tip: make sure the Chromecast is plugged into the AV system. Then, change the input on the AV (manual dial), and use your phone to cast whatever you want from your phone/tablet using your own streaming apps. I'd love to come back and stay and bring my cycling friends now!
