"Home was very clean. It's located on a main street, but we weren't bothered by noise. Very easy check in. Lots of parking. Large kitchen with loads of dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of condiments and spices on hand. Host is very responsive. New washer and dryer. Large rooms and lots of sleeping and lounging space. Very close to Banner Main, U of A, and plenty of eating spots. Not posh or luxurious, but excellent stay for the price. "

"Location was excellent, if a bit noisy at night with a busy street nearby. The appliances were all in good shape (we did not use the dishwasher so can't speak to that) and the living room and bedrooms comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive to the one temporary issue we had. "

"We did not even stay because the listing was misleading. This is not a “home” it is the back end of a Cricket phone store. The parking is terrible. It is in a high traffic area right off a main road with lots of people hanging around. I probably won’t use Expedia to rent this type of place in the future if you’re not going to ensure accurate listings. My family and I found a hotel because I would not keep my family in this place. "

"Nice place! Split bedroom floor plan was great for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub. Also, beautiful trail access from the property and communication was great. "
