Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

• No events or large gatherings of any kind.
• Must be 18 or older to book.
• No smoking.
• No pets allowed.
• Pool & Spa Heating:
• Pool + Spa: $100/day (must be pre-requested; in colder months, allow ~2 days to reach temperature).
• Spa only: $50/day.
• Security: Exterior cameras are present for guest & property safety. If tampered with (unplugged, covered, or broken):
• 1st incident → notification.
• 2nd incident → reservation cancelled with no refund.
• Early Check-in (when available): $150 fee.

Ample parking is available in the driveway. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.

Laundry:
Guests have access to an in-home washer and dryer, along with detergent and essential cleaning supplies for longer stays.

Our Tucson vacation home with a heated pool and spa offers the perfect year-round retreat.
Pool heating is available for $100 per day and warms the pool to approximately 85°F. A 48-hour advance notice is required so the water reaches the desired temperature before your stay.
Please note: pool heating requires a 2-day consecutive minimum when requested.
