The fully stocked kitchen features luxury finishes. Granite counters, Subzero fridge/freezer, and Viking induction cooktop for creating gourmet meals at home with the family.

The backyard offers incredible views of the Catalina mountains, which often turn pink at sunset. Dine al fresco, enjoy a glass of wine fireside at the gas fire pit or wood burning fireplace. For the working traveler, we’ve installed a WiFi extender so you can work outdoors while enjoying the desert landscape and million dollar views.

SPA/POOL: The spa is heated on-demand at NO charge. *Heat 20- 40 minutes prior to use depending on ambient air temperature.The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee of $75 with a 2 day minimum. - Please inquire in advance if interested. The pool will generally be a comfortable temp without supplemental heat from the beginning of May to the end of August.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a kitchen sink water filter so you can get great quality water straight from the tap.

Guest access
The garage is available for guest use and there are two parking spaces. Because of the narrow driveway, we recommend no more than 3 cars for your group at any time as there is NO street parking.

Guests have full access to the house except the following areas:
- Owner's closet in the hall
- Garage storage closet
- 5 locked cabinets in Laundry Room for owners storage

Other things to note
MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ nights, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.

OUTDOOR FIREPLACE: It is wood burning and we supply kindling, fire starter, and the lighter. Guests will need to supply firewood, which can be bought at nearby stores. If there are red flag warnings due to high fire danger and winds, this amenity will be unavailable for guest use due to its proximity to the natural desert.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m.

NO INDOOR FIREPLACE USE: The fireplace has been disabled - do not attempt to use. There are LED candles for ambiance if desired.

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 10 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!

ACCESSIBILITY: There are stairs throughout the house. Additionally, the Saltillo (terra cotta) tile can be slippery in certain types of socks - some guests may want to pack slippers. If anyone in your group is unstable on their feet, you might consider a different property.

PARENTS: Please note this house has a LOT of stairs. We do not have any baby-proofing or kid gear. Additionally, there is a fence around the pool, pool safety and supervision are required at all times to prevent any accidents.

SECURITY: 3 cameras that record audio and video on the exterior: Ring floodlight camera in driveway, Ring doorbell, Ring camera in backyard, the pool is within the coverage area. There are NO cameras in the interior. Minut decibel monitor (records decibel levels only). Carbon monoxide alarms installed. Smoke alarms installed.
