You’re just minutes from Downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, 4th Avenue, I-10 freeway access, multiple Gem Show locations, and Saguaro National Park West—making it easy to explore the city, campus, desert trails, and seasonal events while returning to a peaceful place to unwind.
The home is maintained using only products that are non-toxic, fragrance-free, or minimally scented using only natural essential oils.

▷ Two Bedroom and Bathrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, blackout curtains, workspace, and a private en-suite bathroom/shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, window blinds, large closet, and a dedicated desk/workspace.
Second Bathroom: A full bathroom located in the hallway, conveniently accessible from the second bedroom and common areas.

We kindly ask that guests respect this private area and observe quiet hours, as this is a peaceful residential property.
Other things to note
▷ To maintain a clean, scent-free environment for all guests, we kindly ask that no scented candles, incense, essential oil diffusers, perfumes, or fragranced personal or laundry products be used inside the home.
▷ This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours in the evenings.
▷ The detached casita on the west side of the property is private and not accessible to guests staying in main house.
