PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire reservation. The booking guest is responsible for all members of their group and adherence to the house rules.

• No parties or events
• No smoking
• No pets
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests — please inquire regarding larger guest counts
• Exterior security cameras are onsite for guest and property safety. There are no interior cameras.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day, with a 2-day minimum.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting pool heat so we have adequate time to bring the water to temperature.
