Cleanliness & Check-Out
• Please keep the home clean during your stay.
• Place used towels on the laundry room floor before check-out.
• Do not strip the beds or start laundry.

Kitchen Use
• You’re welcome to use the kitchen. Please clean up any messes and place used dishes in the dishwasher.

Pool Use & Safety
• No diving or running in the pool area.
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.
• Pool gates must remain closed.
• Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard is on duty.
• No glassware in or around the pool.

Bunk Beds
• Children under 6 are not permitted in the top bunk.

Pets
• Registered pets are allowed. Please pick up all pet waste.

Smoking
• No smoking inside the home or on the back deck.
• A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs in prohibited areas.

Damage & Cleaning
• Guests are responsible for any damages and should report them immediately.
• Excessive mess may result in a $250 extra cleaning fee.

Guest Limits
• Maximum of 12 guests during the day.
• Up to 9 registered overnight guests allowed.
• Exceeding guest limits without permission will result in a $250 penalty.

Other
• No illegal substances or activities allowed on the property.
• Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items — please secure your valuables.

Liability Acknowledgment
By booking this property, you agree to accept full responsibility for the use of the bunk beds and swimming pool. The Owner and Owner’s Agent assume no liability for any accidents, injuries, or deaths related to their use. Voluntary use of these amenities constitutes full acceptance of this liability waiver.

Booking this property confirms your acceptance of all house rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your stay.
