The Courtyard on Pio Decimo

Enjoy breakfast in the beautiful, private courtyard with a fountain. Host a small gathering with friends or family. The two dining rooms will provide plenty of space to feed up to 14 guests. Or host an evening dinner in the courtyard under the stars. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner during the most beautiful time of year in Tucson. Get away from the cold weather and relax under our sunny skies and perfect temperatures.
3 bed, 2 bathroom house with a classic, tasteful interior design. It's a home away from home. Comfortable, peaceful and safe house with a gated and lockable front entrance and two car garage. The 8ft high courtyard walls provide complete privacy from the outside neighborhood.

Clean well appointed home. Al & Fran thought put renters needs and had everything available. Our granddaughter graduated from U fo A, a 22 minute drive from the VRBO. We will be back in two years for our grandsons graduation.

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It truly felt like a place that was meant to be lived in. Al and Fran are so thoughtful in what they have readily available and were excellent communicators! We’d love to bring our whole family back someday. It was the perfect home for our week in Tucson.

This property is well suited for a family visit. Play structure in the backyard for the children and plenty of seating for the adults. Plenty of open space inside for seating and dining or playing board games.

Al and Fran have a WONDERFUL place. They go out of their way to make sure everything goes well with your check in and ultimate stay in their home. This house has so many extra comforts that are not listed. The hospitality is unmatched. This home is VERY family friendly!

Amazing place to stay while you are visiting wonderful Tucson, AZ. Property owners are very responsive to communications. The property is specious, clean and offers multiple outside space. The owners of the property have the home organized well and have thought about need that may arise during the stay. The location is in the east part of town and is easy to navigate around town. Fran and Al are welcoming and put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable. They were very attentive and quick to respond if we had questions. The house is well appointed, has a lot of warmth and a cute backyard with an orange tree! It is in a quiet neighborhood. It is less than 15 minutes from Sabino Canyon. The house was very clean and the pantry well stocked with paper plates, tupperware, small cooler for travel, etc. They left crackers, cheese and oranges when we arrived which was a lovely surprise. Check out was also a breeze and not much was needed from our side..We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

I was a midwife for 8 years in Tucson and I picked this location as it was close to my old neighborhood as well as everything I wanted to see nearby as I visited my daughter. It was glorious to see the oranges and bougainvillea and get Frost. I didn’t read the reviews but just like Tucson the underrated city this home under promises and over delivers many treasures. It’s a 100/10.

I’ll start with AMAZING!! From the moment we stepped into this beautiful home..layout is wonderful .. 2 dining areas plus several seating areas outside.. the weather was perfect for our family and friends who joined us, to sit outside for our wonderful Thanksgiving meal.. very beautiful view of the mountains and sunset..the owners were so kind and accommodating.. a great bottle of wine , cheese, and crackers were in the kitchen for us…bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all awesome.. beds were comfortable.. kitchen is the most stocked along with a pantry that was unbelievable..plenty of towels , extra sheets if needed.. nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in…we will DEFINITELy be back.. so much to see and do nearby as well .. thank you so much Al and Fran for the wonderful experience

This was one of the best houses I have ever rented! The hosts, Fran and Al, had impeccable attention to detail, gifting us food and drinks for our stay and leaving staple toiletries in every bathroom and closet. There was a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking. The beds were so comfy. The house had so much character and was a perfect stay in Tucson, with a large front and backyard and ample parking. It is close to a nice park, and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. I could not recommend this house enough - it was a very special weekend.

The home is absolutely immaculate. Modern decor, stocked with everything and anything you might need at home! When we arrived, we were greeted by Wine and Cheese, creamer and endless supply of coffee bar and snack bar wants. Fran is a very thoughtful host, quick to reply, and very accommodating. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathrooms stocked with again everything from toothbrush to feminine hygiene products. There’s a play set out back for kids and a nice patio to rest and relax. Super quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Thank you so much! It has been truly an amazing stay! It has been a much needed getaway! I will definitely return here when we have another soccer tournament!! I have stayed at a lot of properties and this superseded any other.

Very comfortable home, stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a bit far from the campus- about 20 minutes- 30 with traffic and construction, but nice to experience another part of Tucson. Beautiful area!

We have been staying at VRBO rentals for the past 15 years and this home exceeded our expectations. The host couple was very kind and went out of their way to welcome us. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. We hope to one day return to Tucson and if we do we know where we want to stay. Great location too.

Al & Fran are the most thoughtful hosts. To our surprise we had a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, and fresh cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The home is adorable. Every little nook has something fun to look at. The care and detail with anything and everything you could need was well thought out. Crisp clean white towels, plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something at home. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and plenty of blankets. The kitchen completely stocked, coffee, sugar, seasonings, ziplocs, hot sauce, all the essentials! We rent at least 8-10 VRBO’s a year and have never come across the nice gestures Al & Fran have done to make you feel right at home. We were quite stressed due to a funeral we had traveled for and were grateful our accommodations were seamlessly easy.

Lovely, well cared for home with all the amenities one needs to feel comfortably at home! The hosts have thought of everything and thoughtfully, as well as, lovingly made sure guests feel valued, welcomed and at home. It was difficult to leave!
