Welcome to Saddlenotch Mountain Villa 3! This stunning townhome is designed with families in mind. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor gathering space, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Reserve has to offer. This home is not pet friendly.

Upstairs on the main floor, you will find the open kitchen and living room that open to a large deck with fantastic mountain and nature views. The master suite, complete with a king size bed and private bathroom, is also upstairs on the main floor.

Downstairs you will find an additional three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bonus room. The queen bedroom enjoys a private bath, and the third bath is shared between the bedroom with 2 twin size beds and the bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The bonus room is perfect for the young cubs in the group, and comes complete with a sleeper sofa, an additional television, and a foosball table.
