"Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again."

"Most importantly it was clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very refreshing to stay somewhere that actually had a nice shower with good water pressure. The restaurant wasn’t so great and it would’ve been nice to have a swimming pool. Probably better for business trips than for family. But overall, it was a nice clean comfortable spot to stay the night. I would recommend."

"The property was good we had no issue with it. however getting to it was a damn nightmare..the address was wrong.we spent almost 2hours bouncing around with different instruction to find it.There was no phone number for them to call.i was ready to get back on freeway and go home"

"Stay clear of this place. The outside is deceiving. It is unclean, cigarette butts outside, wall damages in room all over, scratched up furniture and cuts in their chairs. Smeared dried poop on the bathroom walls. Internet would not stay connected. Then it totally shut of for hours while I was working remote. Fire alarms going off being tested for hours. Guests were obnoxious. You hear everything through the walls. I had to leave early so I didn't lose my job. They refused to give me a discount...

"Loved the Japanese decor and ambiance. Room was great. Walls were a little thin as noise from heavy feet walking was prevalent but nothing to lose sleep over. Bathroom was spacious while the toilet seat warmer was a nice touch. Very relaxing place to stay"

"Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. "
