Started yelling to see if someone was around and eventually someone showed up. He made new keys and sent us on our way. No "oh sorry about that or anything" Weird set up where the lobby is not accessible by the elevator. Shower curtain and bath mat needed to be replaced, both were torn and ratty...

"The outside looks ok but the inside is sad and old. Our room was so sparse it shocked us both. There was no coffee maker, no plates or utensils at all. The wifi cost extra, 6 bucks a week for real wifi. If not you get the super slow basic. Then the laundry is $3 a load as well. The coffee was ok but that's it. The shower had barely any pressure at all. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was not a queen it was a full size bed and it was wrapped in this plastic wrap that seemed...
