Our neighborhood offers a serene mountain backdrop perfect for a summer escape. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to public piers for swimming and fishing at Donner Lake, as well as the sandy shores and hiking trails at Donner Memorial State Park. For a family-friendly ride or stroll, the paved Truckee River Legacy Trail runs right along the water, offering scenic views and easy access.

Summer also brings the vibrant Truckee Thursdays street fair to the historic downtown district. Spend your evening exploring local farmers markets, live music, and artisan booths, or sit patio-side at one of Truckee's renowned local restaurants.



Getting Around:

While a car is best for exploring the broader Lake Tahoe region, walking and biking paths are easily accessible nearby. Our driveway and garage provide plenty of space, accommodating up to six vehicles total.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Street parking is prohibited.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
