"This was the cutest cottage for our first trip to Maine! We loved taking our dog for walks on the trails behind the house. There was plenty of wildlife and beauty right behind the house. This was the best place for birdwatching! We could hear the loons from our window at night, and we saw them in the lake a few times. "I can’t say enough how amazing our time was at this campground. The cottage was adorable! So comfortable and cozy. It’s small, but it was all we needed. My daughter and I stayed there for a concert. There are three different playgrounds, a large community fire pit, beautiful pool, bouncy pillow, games room, and mini golf. The people were so friendly and helpful! "we needed a one night overnight in order to attend a local concert. 4 adults in our party over age 50. this provided us a comfy place with plenty of room to spread out before and after the concert. the kitchen was well equipped, and we could have made our own supper and breakfast. we chose to eat out. we could bring home leftovers unlike a hotel room. i would stay again if we ever come back to the area."
