"The hotel is in the centre of Cairns explenade.
The room is beautiful (level 12)
Only the mattress its too soft, if someone has back issue or chronic pain, better let the staff know.

"Great hotel, friendly staff, good range of food for buffet breakfast and plenty of dinner options and drinks. Located close to the city centre and the attractions were all within 30 mins. Taxi to centre and lagoon etc range up to $15 depending on time of day. We would definately stay again."
"Is there a place that I can call paradise is this hotel. The place is beautiful, service was 100%, cleaning was flawless. I would come back and recommend the hotel with my eyes closed. Special thank you to Javi for the special and kind attention at the pool bar. He goes beyond what is necessary to make your stay even better. Another special thank you to Thuy (Evelyn) from Feast restaurant to have made my last dinner so fun and special!"

Had requested ground floor but had been given first floor. Receptionist checked booking, saw my request and immediately upgraded our room. King size bed was great."
"We enjoyed it stay at the Regal. The grill was great, the room had nice amenities tho sharper knives would be great. The Regal is nicely located in all directions. Thanks for the nice stay. Really loved Port Douglas and wished we had more time there. Parking was great and the hot tub looked kind of dirty"
