"This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. "Hotel simples porém com estacionamento grátis e café da manhã self service com frutas, iogurte, cereais, sucos, leite, ovos cozidos, waffles , paes de forma, bagels, cookies e cupcakes. Na recepção ofereciam café, sucos e água gelada 24hs. Quarto espaçoso. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Trocavam as toalhas diariamente, porém não arrumavam a cama. O pessoal da recepção extremamente cordiais. Nos deixaram entrar mais cedo no quarto sem cobrar por isso. Custo benefício perfeito "

"While the property was in good condition, the room next to us had a party until 12 am. The staff working the front desk at the time did not enforce the quiet hours, despite our calls, and none of our family could not sleep. There was constant yelling and swearing from next door. The issue wasn’t resolved until the shift changed and different staff came in to handle the problem."

"The room was clean, the amenities were very good, and the space was very comfortable in size. The pool and fireplace were warm, the hot tub was definitely hot, and the bed was good. Some areas of the room, buildings and grounds are showing their age, but the stay was great! The only recommendations I could critique about is the pool/hot tub/sauna area floor has little pebbles as the surface and they are starting to pop out making walking on gravel bare-footed painful when you catch a loose...
