"My room certainly did not look like the picture. It was cold damp and smelled like mold. I was a very last room it was like a cold, damp dungeon. The old brown pillow should be thrown in the garbage that laid on the bed. It smelled so bad from mold I had to leave. I don’t know how other people review the hotel so highly it’s not for me"

"Sadly, this hotel has gone downhill over the last few years. The rooms are now shabby and even the bathroom smells like mildew. We didn't feel it was worth the price for mediocre to below average quality."

"Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. The staff was great and responsive, but the hotel could use some upgrades and not necessarily band-aids. That area of Milwaukee is too nice not to have a...

"They need to remodel the bathroom, repaint and change the carpet and if they’re gonna have dogs, don’t bring the dog in the breakfast area that’s nasty"

"Hotel simples porém com estacionamento grátis e café da manhã self service com frutas, iogurte, cereais, sucos, leite, ovos cozidos, waffles , paes de forma, bagels, cookies e cupcakes. Na recepção ofereciam café, sucos e água gelada 24hs. Quarto espaçoso. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Trocavam as toalhas diariamente, porém não arrumavam a cama. O pessoal da recepção extremamente cordiais. Nos deixaram entrar mais cedo no quarto sem cobrar por isso. Custo benefício perfeito "

"Os atendentes pareciam estar sempre de mal humor, não havia travesseiro extras, não havia coberta para o sofá cama, a reserva estava para 4 pessoas, mas só ofereciam cobertas e travesseiros para 2, café da manhã faziam conforme chegavam a pessoas, então sempre tinha que esperar fazer. Não gostei."
