"We had a great family getaway here! The hot tub was amazing and the views from the hot tub were perfect. What a beautiful location - quiet, peaceful and a fun space for kids to explore. We had an amazing time trekking out in the woods in the snow.Kitchen was well stocked and the treats, coffee and tea were a nice bonus. My kids enjoyed the extra games as well! "Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. "We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! "

"The location was excellent, within walking distance of ski trail. Wonderful view of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The fireplace was perfect for the end of the day. Our large family had plenty of space to have fun together or chill alone. We had concerns about the cleanliness and working conditions of some electronics. Our concerns were communicated with the owner, and the response was positive. I am sure with corrections this Comfortable Berkshire Retreat will be a 5 star stay. "

"Had the best weekend skiing and enjoying family time in this amazing 3 story condo. Plenty of room for kids and grandkids to spread out. Short walk to the slopes made it so convenient for the skiers and a short ride down the mountain for the Littles in ski school. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed.
