"I chose this property based on the reviews I read online. Overall, the hotel was acceptable; however, it was older than I expected.
I arrived about three hours early. Having worked in the hotel industry for many years, I was hoping to be allowed in early if the property had rooms ready for check/in. Very nice!
As a handyman, I noticed little things...
The bathroom door does not click shut and the water diverted on the tub spout only sent 1/4 of the water up to the shower head. 3/4s of the water came out the spout making for a weak shower. I passed these simple issues to the nice woman at the counter. Our room was #314.
Other than those two small issues, my wife and I could not believe how big and beautiful the room was! FULL SIZE Fridge too!!"

"Worst discrimination and customer service I’ve ever experienced especially at a Hampton by Hilton. Bed has stains all over, bathroom was still dirty, and everyone that worked there seemed miserable and had the wrist unprofessional. Jasmine at the front desk made our experience horrible at the first step into that place. Managers don’t care and will talk about you right in front of your face. Place is horrible! "We came on a Sunday afternoon. There were no cars in the parking lot. We were given room on the highway side, the first room beside the ice maker and the elevator. After requesting to be relocated,It took 15 minutes for them to give us another room. We do not understand why, on a slow night, we were given the least desirable of available rooms."
